Considering that I've backed up from F10, the idea would be to be able
to install/revert to a fully updated F8 for some time to come.  These
machines are not public servers and are well behind a firewall system.
Since so far F8 is stable for that kind of use, bug fixes are not a
worry.  Security fixes, if deemed important, could be made by removing
the package and compile it back from upstream.

So, is there a proven recipe to locally mirror the F8 update packages ?
