You need a FAS account to edit the wiki page, yes. Creating one is really
easy and doesn't involve a manual wait these days.
Are suggestions only being taken from members of FAS and not the general
Fedora community?
If someone would like to make a suggestion but refuses to create a FAS
account for some reason, then they can ask someone who does have a FAS
account to add it for them.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought, after reading the FAS stuff,
that FAS was really only for developers that were adding value to
Fedora thru software/coding additions/updates.
