Hi folks, because of the sluggish performance and poor QoS of my current university's imap server, I thought of using some kind of proxy. That means, I would like to install a daemon that does two things: 1. sync local data with the remote imap account 2. sync local changes back to the remote account So a solution like fetchmail does not fit, I would rather like to use a leightweight imap server locally that does nothing but keeping in sync with the remote host. offlineimap seems to be a solution, but it only seems to work once on invokation, I need a daemon running and permanently syncing all folders, as I sometime switch workplaces fast. Can e.g. cyrus do that? Any IMAP server?
