Firefox can't find URL's, If I type in rpmfusion.org or http://rpmfusion.org it says it can't find Server at rpmfusion.org, if I type in Google search "rpmfusion" it takes me to the Search site for rpmfusion.

If I type in lxer.com, linuxtoday.com, it can't find those Servers either. I type in both URLs in a FC8/Firefox
and it can find these Servers

It can find yahoo.com, fox.com, redhat.com
Why is Firefox pick and choosey on which website it wants to goto.

It isn't. You probably have a DNS problem. Can you ping any of those
sites? Can you look them up with 'dig'?

poc

I can ping rpmfusion.org and linuxtoday.com , but I can't get through to them on Firefox.

I also did a dig on lxer.com , linuxtoday.com , rpmfusion.org and I can get Server IP on all three.

I checked /etc/resolv.conf and Domain and nameserver is set up as it should be , The router gateway.

I have a FC8 box that is not having this problem.

I have a laptop setup with FC10 and it's having the same problem as the PC box FC10 with Firefox.
