All was reasonably smooth (except that I had to reinstall grub at the 2nd system start after the updates). At the moment I have a strange problem: I have an icc profile for my monitor (created by ArgyllCMS 1.0.3b). When I try to load it by means of dispwin (but the same applies to xcalib) the profile is loaded without any error message (and dispwin -V confirms that the LUT is correctly loaded), but there are no visual changes on the screen. It seems like the LUT is loaded but not used. At the moment i am using the kernel ati driver. Is anybody else experiencing this problem? Does anybody know how to solve it?
