FC8/KDE

Will it be possible to use Preupgrade to upgrade from FC8 to FC10, whenFC10 stable is released ?I understand that you should upgrade from FC8 to FC9 , but since thereis so many bugs in FC9/KDE I would rather just skip FC9.
