It used to activate just the "better" interface.  For example, if a wire
was attached, it would activate Ethernet, but not Wireless.  If Ethernet
failed to come up, because perhaps I wasn't plugged in, it then tried
Wireless.  It would dynamically activate Wireless when I unplugged the
Ethernet cable, but then deactivate it when I plugged back in.

Now, started during one of the F8 updates, it ALWAYS activates both
Wired and Wireless.
