tried setarch
tried addinf devel.x86_64
and tried setarch x86_64

and still get the following ...

when searching for -lmysqlclient
/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.a
when searching for -lmysqlclient
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmysqlclient
