Definitely not DNS. In the specific case, the host I was connected to is
in /etc/hosts. The problem is specific the xauth.
My /etc/ssh/sshd_config and ssh_config are identical to my home F9
system as well as the other servers in the office. It appears that the
problem is xauth and NOT ssh. ssh <host> connects instantaneously. ssh
-X takes 20-25 seconds.
