I wouldn't really classify it as powerful, but avidemux seems to work more reliably than any of the other tools I tried (most linux video editors crash randomly, but the frequency seems smaller with avidemux :-). For converting just about any random video into a form that avidemux can handle I usually use command line tools like mplayer (with lots of win32 codecs installed) and transcode. I have yet to encounter a dvd authoring tool for linux that I could tolerate using. I use dvdlab on a windows box when I get to that stage. -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate/MailingListGuidelines
