You can create them however in LDAP...create an ou of groups and set the members but kaddressbook would have to be taught what how to do all that and to be honest, I've spent absolutely no time ever trying to get that to work. I use a variety of other programs to provide 'groups' in LDAP. Address Books are about the contact. The collection of contacts is not a concrete methodology.
