That does not look positive. Since the machine only supports up to 4GB the bios would be less likely to go to the trouble of adding options to support remapping, and that statement appears to indicate that they did not worry about PAE/64bit OSes. You might see if there is a bios update that changes things.
Also the major vendors appear to have less options to tune things in the bios than many other MB makers.
