Since I didn't make it obvious in my previous reply, gtkpod (and other libgpod using apps like rhythmbox) should happily work with the iPhone iff: a) the iphone is jailbroken and mounted via sshfs (no tools in Fedora to do this AFAIK), and b) the firmware on the iphone is less than 2.0 (where Apple changed the hashing scheme). There is some info at http://gtkpod.wikispaces.com/Sysinfo+File that you'd need as well. -- Todd OpenPGP -> KeyID: 0xBEAF0CE3 | URL: www.pobox.com/~tmz/pgp ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A person is just about as big as the things that make them angry. -- Anonymous
