So, technically, a "yum update" should work.
Based Ion the plan outline I think it will be two yum updates. The first
one will fetch the new key and repository location and the second will
get the pending updates.
If there is a simple explanation of why these are not combined into a
single package, I would like to hear it. If it's complex or secret
that's fine, I don't see the obvious problem combining them, but I don't
claim great RPM expertise.
