It's not the loading of a module that creates a derived work. There's no creative process involved in it, it's purely mechanical. However, this says nothing as to whether or not the loaded module was a derived work. AFAIK the legal facts used in this determination are independent of whether it is loaded, but IANAL. -- Alexandre Oliva http://www.lsd.ic.unicamp.br/~oliva/ Free Software Evangelist oliva@{lsd.ic.unicamp.br, gnu.org} FSFLA Board Member ¡Sé Libre! => http://www.fsfla.org/ Red Hat Compiler Engineer aoliva@{redhat.com, gcc.gnu.org} -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
