Hi; In F9 I find that all the view options of gnome-system-monitor applet other than Memory Maps and Open Files are greyed out -- and those do nothing discernible. I can no longer choose All processes, Active processes or My processes. The processes reflected in the main window are only the processes of the logged in (or effective) user. I now have to sudo gnome-system-monitor to see root processes etc. I leave gnome-system-monitor on all the time. I have it running on the upper left corner of my top panel. A quick glance up tells me what is going on and using the applet is faster than ]$ ps -aux for just a checking the existence of a process. Is this restriction to user processes only, deliberate, or is there something I have to configure, or is it a bug? -- Regards Bill; Fedora 9, Gnome 2.22.2 Evo.2.22.2, Emacs 22.2.1 -- fedora-list mailing list fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list
