Session Setup Changes Windows at Login

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I just did a clean install of Fedora 9, and established a new account.

I'm using the gnome desktop and running bash as my login shell.

I set up two terminals just as I want them, save my session, and logout.

When I login, the terminals appear, then, after a second or two, the
terminals jump to a new position.

I get the same behavior if I check the save session changes on logout option.

I'm also having a problem with crashes with the workspace
switcher--that makes it essentially unusable.

All of this may be related to an error message I get when executing df.

df: `/usr/local/people/sam/.gvfs': Transport endpoint is not connected

Help!

Thanks.
