Should be installed. If not check:
# rpm -q ntfs-3g

Mount the partition in question at the command line and post your errors:

# ntfs-3g --help

I couldn't mount if from the command line but I'm sure that's just me.

I did find a post in another forum that said to go to System-Preferences-System-Authorizations and edit the storage permissions. That seemed to do the trick although I don't think I changed anything.
