I know FC6 is no longer supported, but I was hoping that someone could help me identify why one of my systems recently crashed.

Is that trace with kernel-debuginfo installed ?
If not:
yum install yum-utils
debuginfo-install kernel

And let/make it die again. Any hints on what it was doing when things went bad ? idle, lots of disk / network / cpu ?

Thanks for the suggestions I will see if I can replicate the problem. Have a nice day
