How do I set up tmpwatch to delete temporary files, and also to empty
all trash\binned files 30days or more.
without removing anything from critical dirs
Can it mail root\add to logwatch what it did.

Anyway right? below
/usr/sbin/tmpwatch -mcMafsv
(I use updatedb a lot)

crontab -e 0 0 1 10 /usr/sbin/tmpwatch

Is above crontab for 10am everyday?
