Recently, I find that the server FC8 installed is very unstable. It

Anyone can tell me what the problem is?

Those logs are only enough to show that the syslogd is restarting; is it then followed with the normal kernel boot process ?
What is it proceeded by ?
What kernel are you running ? {uname -a}
What is in /etc/cron.hourly/ ?
