rtc: lost interrupts on F9

Hi, 

On my desktop F9 installation I'm suddenly experiencing lockups (10-15
seconds each time) and I find that the dmesg log is full of messages
like "rtc: lost 1 interrupts".

Is there something I can do to fix this?
