Video Card Specs Needed

Is there a list of video cards with the following info?
        Card Name
        Chip Set
        Resolutions Available (or Max Resolution)
        Refresh Rates (by resolution)
        Extensions (3d etc.)
        Other info
        
I remember seeing such lists on the web in the past, but can't find one
now.
