Daniel, the point is that Livna and ATrpms are not compatible. Use one or the other. Trying to mix them will only cause you grief (and unless you're willing to deal with it on your own, it's not recommended). But, as Paulo points out, ATrpms does provide lame and there should be no problem using that.
