It opens the Dolphin file manager but folders/files are not displayed.

If I try to drag a file into Dolphin I get the Error Message;

Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and log in again. Something in kde has crashed and
that should cure it. I'm not sure whether it will pick up the usb stick if
you leave it in place. I'd remove it and try again after the login.

Nope !! That didn't work.
Boy have they got A-Lot-of-Bugs in FC9.
Well one thing is good, I installed Fedora9 on a EEEpc with no problems or
hitches.
Thanks for your responds

Jim

Check that hal is running.

Max

There is no problem with detecting the stick, the window pops up, allowing you 'click and open in Window,
Dolphin opens, but it won't display files/folders on stick.
I just found out, by closing dolphin and any other window, then going over to Menu and open Dolphin, you will see Lexar stick on tree at bottom left. If you click on that then it will mount and display files/folders then.
It must be a problem on initial mount with Dolphin.
I can now see why Kubuntu didn't want to install KDE4 on 8.04, but I guess someone has to be the Guinea Pig to get the bugs out, "Give it to them Fedora people they will try anything" Now Guys, I'm not complaining here, so please don't flame me. I'm going to hang in there.
