Hi ! sorry I forgot to mention . This problem happens when machine is idling ,no P2P or bit torrent running , skype is also not running. I already have wireshark installed . which provided me a class 3 ip address. Whois cant figure out it is . I also suspect a attack but this is my home machine and no body else has touched it .
