Usability is a priority for them and they have a budget to make some
improvements.  But, they haven't been through a really hard upgrade
transition (like a major kernel number) yet so it's hard to make a long
term comparison as to whether it is really easier to keep things running.


I know Ubuntu keeps one long term release and then at least one short term. The next major long term release is due out soon.
