While some mirrors still carry FC4, be warned that FC4 NO LONGER GETS _ANY_ 
UPDATES, not even critical security updates! Fedora isn't for people who want 
to run old software.

If you need a distribution that old, you may wish to consider CentOS 4, which 
is close to FC3 with some FC4 packages and which still gets security updates.
