Where is it not in the man pages?

QUOTE:
 ERASE OPTIONS
The general form of an rpm erase command is

rpm {-e|--erase} [--allmatches] [--nodeps] [--noscripts] [--notriggers]
       [--repackage] [--test] PACKAGE_NAME ...

The following options may also be used:

       --allmatches
Remove all versions of the package which match PACKAGE_NAME.
Normally an error is issued if PACKAGE_NAME matches multiple
              packages.

       --nodeps
Don’t check dependencies before uninstalling the packages.
END OF QUOTE

That seems to cover it, and the options in question are even the first two to
be described.
