Not sure if it matters but you have both your Monitor Identifiers as
Monitor1 and Screen1 has Monitor1 (it is just picking the first one
presumably) and no monitor for Screen0. I would reidentify one of the
monitors as Monitor0 and add that line to Screen0.

But all this is wild speculation on my part ... it just seems logical
that xorg.conf should be arranged that way.
