The Hauppauge WinTV HVR950 works reasonably well. I say 'reasonably' because I had some difficulties with the driver ( em??? something). But that was almost a year ago on Fedora 6 (I think) and the driver has undergone some upgrading since then.

Reception was not bad, just using the 6 inch whip antenna which came with it. Not bad for not much over $100 Cdn with tax.
