I did in fact read this.
But as I said I did not feel I knew enough about what cobbler did
after reading it to want to install cobbler.

Eg, what exactly is a "boot server"?
Is it an alternative to grub?
Will it affect the way my computer normally boots?
Why should one need to install another program
in order for PXEboot to work?
The boot server is the [remote] machine from which the PXE client downloads the initial boot code. The boot server can also be the jumpstart server.
