The "everthing respin" is not a respin, just a spin. :-) : : Are you quite sure? : : The release notes on my i386 .iso say that, too; but the DVD I : put it on did upgrade a couple things on a laptop that had been updated : less that a week before. I did not try to update. (I don't have F8 running yet.) Instead, I mounted the .iso (via loopback) and looked at the contents. Nothing was dated past November. I've since deleted the isos and downloaded the re-spin .jigdo. When you ran jigdo-lite, did it give you about 40 or 50 choices, or a much smaller list? The Everything list is big (since it's "everything"). Looking on the Fedora Unity site <http://spins.fedoraunity.org/spins> I see: Fedora Unity Re-Spin F8 20071218 This is the Jigdo link for the 20071218 Fedora 8 Re-Spin by Fedora Unity Read More… Fedora Unity Re-Spin F8 20071218 SHA1SUM These are the SHA1SUMs for the Fedora Unity 20071218 Re-Spin Read More… Fedora 8 Everything Spin This is the jigdo for the Fedora 8 Everything Spin CD, DVD and DVD Dual Layer ISO Images (i386 and x86_64) Read More… Fedora 8 Everything Spin SHA1SUM These are the sha1sums for the Fedora Everything Spin Read More… Fedora 8 CD Sets This is the jigdo for the Fedora 8 i386 and x86_64 CD sets. Read More… Fedora 8 CD Sets SHA1SUM These are the sha1sums for the Fedora 8 CD Sets Read More… I originally picked the third item in this list (a spin, not a respin) The respins are, I think, all contained in the 1st item (dated 18th Dec.).
