strange network install

I have a FC6 upgraded to FC7.
Now it gives me some conflict while "yum -y update"

Can I just do a full clean network install of Fedora 8 from the commandline?
(not an upgrade)
Guess not (sounds impossible to me) but if there would be such an option... it would be great for a remote upgrade...
