It can still be useful to have the gconf-editor (a Gnome configuration
editor), since it seems that there's a plethora of things configured
from the .gconf files, even if you don't use Gnome.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
