I try to make possible for my guest (qemu) OS to get Internet access
but I get on it:
$ ping some_Internet_ip
>From 192.168.0.1 Destination host prohibited

Guest has ip 192.168.0.3, host - 192.168.0.1 and ppp0.

My host iptables file:
*filter
:INPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
:FORWARD ACCEPT [0:0]
:OUTPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
:RH-Firewall-1-INPUT - [0:0]
-A INPUT -j RH-Firewall-1-INPUT
