Fedora includes the GCJ Java runtime and Classpath by default.  It supports a large chunk of standard Java.  If you want to run Sun's official JRE, though, you have to go to Sun's Java website and get it.  Or search for the Tigro repository, which also includes the handy JPackage compatibility package for Sun's Java, allowing use of any Java class in Fedora with the Sun JRE...
