You must give a more detailed definition of "use". Does the 
product include parts of MySQL and/or Tomcat (such as 
libraries), or does it only call the services through 
communication protocols?

You can modify everything except the license and copyright 
notices.

You already have the licenses. MySQL is licensed under the GPL 
and Apache Tomcat is licensed under the Apache License, Version 
2.0: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.
