I have kernel 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7 in my fedora core 7 os.Can i update my kernel?And if yes how do i update it?and where can i get the updates?

Menu of KDE and IceWM contains update manager software. If you can run it then update manager will reading update software info from fedora project server. It will notify you about exists update software. After that you can mark software that you want update.
