Download the kernel-headers.i386 0:2.6.22.4-65.fc7 rpm then
rpm -Fvh kernel-headers-2.6.22.4-65.fc7.i386.rpm or whatever it is called.
Problem fixed and solved in a jiffy. Learn about rpm, it is the basis for yum.
