Yes.
I have been
trying in spare time for months, and bought a brand new Epson perfection
2480 Photo scanner because it was supported.
No idea about that one, but the Epson GT-8300 flatbed scanner "just works".
Define "just works," what is your firmware line in snapscan.conf? This
would just work if I could get xsane to stop trying to improve it and
use it as is. Do you have/use a firmware update, and if not how did you
ask it not to try to do one?
