Could this work? All versions of Windows (except perhaps Vista...haven't tried it) think they they own the entire system. If there's any non-Microsoft filesystem on the disk, the installer stalls. You have to purge the disk and install Windows first. When you install Windows, only give it as much disk as you want...make sure the rest is "unused space". NOW you can install Fedora.
