I use x86_64 system with Turion 64 and it works very well.
Flash is a problem on 64bit browser, so I use 32bit browser on my 64bit system.

Turion 64 is a 64 bit processor and x86_64 version works great with it.

Don't know about the nvidia driver, but flash works without problems
with 64bit Firefox & nspluginwrapper.
