VMware Workstation 6 Audio Issue?

I seem to be having trouble getting VMware to connect my audio. Whenstarting up windows it says "Failed to open sound device /dev/dsp:Device or resource busy". Anyone having this problem? I put the alsa ossplugin on, but still no help.
