Does the stock FC5 gthumb work?

Downgrade to the original FC5 libexif-0.6.12-3.2.1 and see whether
that "fixes" it.

The libexif-0.6.12-5 update is a security-fix, see "rpm -q --changelog
libexif". There is a slight chance that a security related patch
breaks the code.
