yum , https repo , and https proxy

lets get straight to the point

is yum's https proxy support broken? or am I doing this wrong?

in /etc/yum.conf , I've added this line

proxy=http://160.0.234.1:8080

and when trying to yum from my https repo, I got "X-Squid-Error:
ERR_UNSUP_REQ 0" from the proxy .. googling doesnt help much and I was
pointed to several non-really-related forums that says urlgrabber is
broken - but the posts are 2 years old ... or perhaps my keyword
combination need improvements ..

[kagesenshi@Hikari ~]$ sudo yum install python-twisted
