Beside that my suspend-resume and internal mic is working too. All in all, the new kernel is rocking... ;-) Thanks a lot the fedora kernel maintainer. Back to your problem, vmware need to configure again if you change your kernel. So if your new kernel-header and kernel-devel already there you must do vmware-config.pl again.
