Ahh yes, I had forgotten about this little issue.

Yes, I had to add myself to the fuse user group. I think I also had to
reboot.

A very small price to be paid for the wonders of fuse-sshfs :)
(BTW, logging in again is enough, there's no need for a reboot.)
