Live CD

Prior to the release of F7, I recall reading that, if put onto an RW 
disc, the Live version could be customized.

Well, I downloaded it, and wanted to confirm this. However, I don't see 
anything referring to 'RW' discs (and I believe that I checked all of 
the Fedora websites).

So, what's the story?
