It can be either.  You can put a local username, and it'll go to their
local mailbox.  You can use a full e-mail address, and it'll go to that,
but the domain name it tries to send *from* will have to be a real
domain, or many mail servers will refuse to send the message on.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.

Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored.
I read messages from the public lists.
